What Agents Can Do

• Automate legitimate business communications (sales outreach, support responses, onboarding)
• Generate content for your business with your authorization
• Access systems and data you explicitly authorize them to access
• Execute tasks within the scope you define

Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

Legal Violations

• Any use that violates applicable law (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA)
• Accessing systems without authorization (CFAA violations)
• Generating illegal content
• Facilitating fraud, money laundering, or financial crimes

Privacy and Data

• Scraping or harvesting personal data without consent
• Contacting individuals who have opted out
• Storing or processing data beyond stated purposes
• Exfiltrating third-party confidential information

Harassment and Abuse

• Generating harassing, threatening, or abusive communications
• Impersonating individuals or organizations
• Creating deepfakes or synthetic media to deceive
• Targeting individuals based on protected characteristics

Spam and Manipulation

• Sending unsolicited bulk communications
• Manipulating reviews, ratings, or social proof
• Artificially inflating engagement metrics
• Operating click farms or engagement bots

Platform Integrity

• Attempting to bypass rate limits or authentication
• Reverse-engineering agent implementations
• Reselling marketplace access without authorization
• Circumventing the 70/30 revenue share by transacting off-platform

Enforcement

Violations are investigated promptly. Enforcement actions range from warning to immediate permanent termination. We cooperate with law enforcement when required.
