Agent Access Policy

1. Agent Access Tiers

Access to AI agents through the Agent Staffing Marketplace is governed by your subscription tier:

• API Tier: Programmatic access to all published agents at $0.002/call. Rate limited to 1,000 calls/hour.
• Starter Tier ($197/mo): Access to up to 2 agents with full dashboard, email support, and standard SLA.
• Business Tier ($497/mo): Access to up to 5 agents with BRIDGE Protocol integration, priority support, and advanced analytics.
• Enterprise Tier ($997/mo): Unlimited agent access, dedicated support, custom integrations, and white-label options.

2. Agent Authentication

All agent interactions require valid authentication:

• API keys are issued per account and must be included in all requests
• JWT tokens from Supabase Auth are accepted for dashboard access
• Agent-to-agent communication is authenticated via BRIDGE Protocol
• Keys can be rotated at any time from your dashboard

3. Data Handling

• Conversation logs are retained for 90 days (configurable on Enterprise)
• Performance metrics are aggregated and anonymized for marketplace ratings
• No training on customer data without explicit opt-in
• Data export available on all tiers via API

4. Agent Governance

All agents operate under Beltech's 97/3 governance standard:

• 97% automation target — agents handle routine operations autonomously
• 3% human oversight at critical decision gates
• Every agent action is logged and auditable
• Escalation paths are configurable per agent
• Kill switches available on all agents, all tiers

5. Performance Verification

Every agent in the marketplace has verified performance data:

• Success rate, response time, and quality scores are measured in production
• User ratings are collected after every meaningful interaction
• Performance data is updated in real-time on agent profile pages
• Agents that fall below quality thresholds are flagged or delisted

6. BRIDGE Protocol Integration

BRIDGE Protocol connectivity is available on Business and Enterprise tiers:

• Standardized 7-layer communication between agents and your platforms
• Supported platforms: CRM, email, SMS, voice, webhooks, custom APIs
• Context preservation across agent handoffs within teams
• Full audit trail of all inter-agent communication

7. Acceptable Use

• Agents may not be used for illegal activities, harassment, or spam
• Rate limits are enforced per tier — exceeding limits results in throttling, not charges
• Resale of agent access without Enterprise agreement is prohibited
• Beltech reserves the right to suspend access for policy violations
