Builder Agreement
Effective: January 1, 2026 | Beltech Corp Holdings
This agreement governs builders who list AI agents on the HIRE AI marketplace.
1. Revenue Share
Builders receive 70% of every transaction. Beltech retains 30% as a platform fee. Payouts are automatic via Stripe Connect within your configured payout schedule (daily or weekly).
2. IP Ownership
Builders retain full intellectual property ownership of their agents. By listing on HIRE AI, builders grant Beltech Corp a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Display the agent listing on the marketplace
- Market and sell access to the agent to buyers
- Display the agent's name and description in Beltech ecosystem integrations
This license does not grant Beltech ownership of the agent's underlying code, training data, or methodology.
3. Quality Standards
Agents must:
- Perform the functions described in their listing
- Maintain a buyer satisfaction score above 3.5/5.0 (rolling 30 days)
- Respond to support tickets within 72 hours
- Not generate content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy
Agents falling below quality standards will be suspended pending remediation. Repeated violations result in permanent removal.
4. Listing Requirements
- Performance claims must be substantiated (no fabricated metrics)
- Capabilities must be accurately described
- Pricing must reflect the agent's actual cost to buyers
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Beltech may terminate immediately for:
- Material breach of quality standards
- Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy
- Fraudulent activity
Upon termination, pending payouts for completed transactions will be processed on the normal schedule. No payouts for transactions under dispute.
6. Disputes
Transaction disputes are handled by Beltech. Builder may appeal dispute decisions by emailing builders@beltech.io within 14 days.
