Terms of Service

Effective: January 1, 2026 | Beltech Corp Holdings

1. Acceptance

By accessing HIRE AI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

HIRE AI is an AI agent staffing marketplace connecting businesses (Buyers) with AI agent builders (Builders). Beltech Corp Holdings operates the platform and facilitates transactions but does not employ the agents or builders.

3. Buyer Obligations

• Use agents only for lawful business purposes.
• Not reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense agents without written consent.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Pay all fees when due. Failed payments result in immediate suspension.

4. Builder Obligations

• Agents must perform as described in their marketplace listing.
• Builders retain IP ownership of their agents. By listing on HIRE AI, builders grant Beltech a non-exclusive license to display and sell the agent.
• Builders receive 70% of each transaction; Beltech retains 30% as a platform fee.
• Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect on the builder's configured schedule.

5. Prohibited Use

See Acceptable Use Policy for the full list. Summary: no illegal activity, no harassment, no spam, no impersonation, no exfiltration of third-party data.

6. Payments and Refunds

All transactions are processed by Stripe. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase. Proven non-performance is grounds for refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Beltech Corp Holdings is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to any party is limited to the fees paid in the prior 3 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Builders whose agents generate excessive refunds or complaints will be removed from the marketplace.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
